We are the exclusive licensee for patented Oxy-Fuel Combustion Technology in India . The patents are held by Jupiter Oxygen Corporation, USA. Oxy-Fuel Combustion Technology is a method/process rather than specific equipment. Oxygen is used with fossil fuel [coal, oil, natural gas] and biomass for combustion, while air is excluded, see www.jupiteroxygen.com.
Most importantly, although flame temperatures exceed 2,480°C and reach as high as 2,925°C, process temperatures have been maintained at the same levels as with conventional types of combustion without any damage to existing equipment and without the need for new materials. |
